Project Management Services

Our team provides project management support for both our private sector partners and internal collaborators. This begins with detailed milestone projections and resource allocation charts and is tracked using software to keep all team members updated. The milestones and resources are regularly reviewed and any deviations are resolved or the project is adapted accordingly. This ensures the C20/20 team works seamlessly with our clients and projects are completed on time and on budget. 

Business Development Services

Our team can provide business development support to your group on a project by project basis. This can involve market assessments, competitive analyses, intellectual property reviews, value proposition development, pitch deck preparation and early fundraising discussions. Market assessments, competitive analysis and product placement assessments are done using market reports and primary interviews of key stakeholders, ranging from users, clinicians, industry experts, regulatory groups and reimbursement organizations.
